Déménagement CA offers you a profesional service for any of your packing or unpacking needs. Our packing teams have been specialy trained and there know how will give you peace of mind when it comes to packing your precious belongings.We all know the ardius work that comes with packing so let our packing teams make your life easier.
There are two ways to calculate the cost of your packing service.
- Packing service by the hour (material is charged to the customer and added to the invoice).
- All inclusive package (used mainly for long distance moves)

BEFORE STARTING
• If you are doing your own packing, note that the moving company will not be responsibleof the content of your boxes.
• Profesional packers can pack the content of a regular size house in about 1 day. This would take you nuch more time to do the same work so it would be good for you to start a few weeks before your moving date.
• If your belongings are not properly packed, movers could refuse to take them will loading the truck.
PACKING NEEDS
• Rigid carboard boxes of diferent sizes with foldable lids.
• Clean news print paper and bubble wrap.
• Tape, cisors, marker and note pad.
PREPARATION
• Get rid of all the goods that you dont want anymore and by giving them to charity.
• Get rid of dangerous goods that could damage the truck or cantainer such as flammables, corrosif, chimical or explosif. Clik HERE for reference on what to do with these items.
• Prepare a box that mentions "Non Dangerous Consumer Goods" that will contain cleaning products, cosmetics. You will find the liste of products by cliking HERE.
• Do not bring food jars or canned goods durong the winter season (Long Distance move only). Give them away to charity or simply consume them.
• Consume fozen foods because they could only be carried under certain conditions.
• Have your drapes and carpets cleaned. Roll and tie them up carefully.
• Sort out and pack all that is not needed before your move date.
• Make a list of you last minute packing to be done.
• Do not use carton that are to big that could block the view of the movers as they carry them out. Once full, the carton should no weigh more then 50lbs.
• Make sure you fill up the carton just right. Do not over fill the carton for the lid to stay open. All carton must be full but not to full to make sure all lids are closed and tape.
• Place heavy items at the bottom of the carton and the light un top. Place them is such way that they wont shift during transport.
• Fill out the empty spaces in the carton with clean news print paper.
